The concept behind Swanywood basically started out as a hobby, a way to relieve some of the stress from work and life in general that we all face from day to day. I have always been fascinated with the beauty, versatility and functionality of the wide variety of wood products available to builders and homeowners alike, along with being a big fan of home improvement and do it yourself shows.

The satisfaction obtained from creating something with my own two hands is extremely fulfilling and it has always been very relaxing for me to view nature in my own backyard, especially when it comes to caring for our feathered friends.
